Bangkok Hospital Pattaya ACCEPTS FMP Patients.
Patients must present their FMP Benefits Authorization Letter and their Passport to the International Insurance Department on the 2nd floor.
It is important to note that YOU, as the patient are ultimately responsible for any bill. That said, it is also in the best interest of the patient that you advise any and all hospital professionals that you may only be treated with US FDA APPROVED medicines and devices.
Should any portion of a bill be declined for any reason, the Veteran must assume responsibility and pay the bill.
If you feel the denial was in error, it is incumbent on the Veteran to pay the declined bill and then take the matter up with the FMP in Denver. PLEASE, DO NOT FORCE THE ISSUE WITH THE HOSPITAL. The FMP does accept submissions of bills via email at email@example.com or via fax at (303) 331-7803.
